I have written a book entitled ""GAMBUSIA HOLBROOKI: A CASE STUDY,
WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO LAKE NAINITAL, INDIA. I WANT TO PUBLISH THIS BOOK . The key advantage of this book is
that it compiles the findings of years of study from every possible
perspective to fully understand Gambusia. It is pertinent to mention
here that I made the taxonomic change, and proposed that in whole
India there is only one species of Gambusia i.e.Gambusia holbrooki and
not Gambusia affinis, the reference of which is wrongly made in many
books and still going on. It is important to mention here that this
book will help in providing broad understanding about the biology of
this species, because it has been translocated into so many countries
and habitats that it has become a significant invasive species,
affecting native fish fauna, other aquatic biota and their resources.
This book is unique because it evidently shows consequences of
introduction of exotic species to natural ecosystems. The present work
will surely help the students, scholars and scientists in
understanding the past and present status of this fish. It will also
help in dispelling the myth that this fish is a useful biological
weapon in the fight against malaria. This book will be useful to
various limnologists in framing polices and rules for proper
management of this nuisance species. Controlling Gambusia populations
in waterbodies where it has established and preventing its future
dispersal to new waterbodies, will be a key step toward proper
conservation and management of lakes.

I am planning on wrting a book on Safety Training Strategies, and I was suggested to contact Amazon Publishing house. I believe they do a wonderful job.
I would re-work material from the thesis and publish papers in, specifically, ISI-listed journals. To whatever extent, a series of peer-reviewed publications in such journals might well have a greater impact than publication of the whole thesis as it stands. The latter remains an option, however, depending on where it is published. Incidentally, beware of predatory, open access journals. If you publish in those, you will be committing academic suicide. Established scientists will look askance at your work forever.

It is advised to re-work unused materials from the thesis and publish paper, especially in 'Research Notes' journals where scientifically valid research outputs can be considered, rather than looking for thesis publishers.

When researchers are being reviewed by a particular grant-giving body, a question that is asked is whether the person being evaluated has published in a predatory journal(s). I'm busy with such a review now. If someone has published in predatory journals, problems will arise. The person might not receive research funding, purely for this reason. The competence of the researcher becomes suspect, etc.
Many years ago, I had a (non-American) thesis of mine copied by University Microfilms in the USA, and people could order it from them (there is/was a sort of catalogue). I.e. individual copies could be provided upon request, presumably for payment. Things seem to have changed in the meantime (see attached file). I don't know what the pros and cons would be of going this route now; nor how, exactly, they would reproduce the thesis (assuming they would be prepared to do it). The German possibility, involving an ISBN number (see Stefan Gruner's response) might be better, but I'm not sure.

Yes, Stefan, I don't know how they produce a copy these days. The document I provided with my previous posting might or might not explain it. One could ask them, if desirable/necessary.
