There are three species of the genus Naumannella (as of Aug 2017), but none of them has been reported as isolated from sludge.
N. huperziae sp. nov. (2017): endophyte from Huperzia serrata.
N. cuiyingiana sp. nov. (2017): mural painting.
N. halotolerans gen. nov. sp. nov. (2012): clean room and food.

Benoit Simard: It is not clear from your questions what would you like to solve. Do you want eliminate iron oxide bacteria and inhibit their growth in groundwater?
