Usually you want to minimize the salt in freeze drying, but as you shouldn't have any cells you'll probably get decent results.  If you can freeze dry and retain the properties that you want in the short term, then holding the samples longer term will probably be fine.  Make sure you freeze dry all your samples in glass, under vacuum, and store in a refrigerator.

Hi Seyyed, freeze drying plasma is a bad idea. It has all of the clotting factors and it will be almost impossible to work with.

Freeze drying serum is manageable, but storing it depends on what you want to do with it.
