Thanks much for your answer John! The magnetic separation kit that I’m going to use claims to yield >90% purity of CD8 cells. Will that be ok?

I think it will be ok. I just need to hey CD8 cells to have a strong cytotoxic activity.

Also do you recommend adding IL2 or any other material to their culture?
