Heterochromatin loci in human CD4 T cells?

Hi All,

We currently plans to use H3K27me3 and H3K9me3) as heterochromatin-associated marks. Our question is this: based on your experience, can you point us to any particular loci that you would expect to be largely packed in heterochromatin markers like H3K27me3 or H3K9me3 in human CD4 T cells?

Thanks very much for any thoughts you may have on this!
