1) Governance and Risk by George Dallas, published by Standard & Poor's

2) Investing in BRIC countries. Evaluating Risk and Governance in BRIC by Svetlana Borodina and Oleg Shvyrkov also published by Standard & Poor's

They are maybe not the newest but they give some insight how CG was measured while they were providing a GAMMA index (Governance Accountability, Management, Metrics and Analysis). Maybe you will find it useful for your analysis.
