I completed the survey and I thought it was fine, with one exception. Certain questions asked only about teaching in the Summer term, but I did not teach summer school. So for all of those I had to select the middle answer, which may skew your data. At my institution, a minority of faculty teach summer school.
Michael W. Marek Thank you so much for filling out the survey and the feedback. In the survey, we refer to the "spring/summer term of 2020". By this we meant the first "regular" term (or semester) that was affected by Covid19. Did you teach in HE in March/April/May of 2020?

Joshua Weidlich Yes, I taught in the spring semester, through May 2020. Because of this I understood that it was appropriate for me to complete the survey, but as I said, some questions specified Summer and did not appear to include Spring.
I am not complaining. I am just telling you how I interpreted the questions.
