Warm greetings, I am happy to introduce myself as Dr. S. Boopathi. My PhD degree was awarded on 4th May 2016. For the past five years, I have been working on small molecules and protein using Quantum Chemical calculations and Molecular dynamics simulation studies. In this connection, few of my results published in the international reputated journal. Apart from that, few more paper credit in my account. I have good experience to use Guassain, AMBER, GROMACS softwares. Recently my paper was accepted in proteins journal.
