Collected from Gulf of Khambhat, Gujarat, India.
It may be Gemmula sp. from the family - Turridae.

It's one of the many forms of Turricula nelliae spuria (Hedley, 1922).
It looks like Turricula javana, but it is not. I agree the point of Dr. Roberto.
I can only say it's from Family Turridae.
