The “Journal of Clinical Images and Medical Case Reports” (ISSN 2766-7820) is too new to be mentioned in the Beall’s list but there are multiple red flags:

-Since they are new (only out there for two years) you already know that the too prominently mentioned impact factor is fake

-Indeed, the journal cannot be found in Clarivate’s master journal list (https://mjl.clarivate.com/home )

-Indexing info (https://jcimcr.org/ ) mentions numerous so-called misleading metrics like Cosmos Factor, OAJI, DRJI etc. etc. (see for more info https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/ ) often used by predatory journals

-Showing DOAJ logo is misleading since they are no member (https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/)

-The prominently mentioned PubMed info is misleading since it refers to the fact that NIH granted authors are included in PubMed regardless the journal. In the following link you can see that they are not indexed as journal: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog/?term=9918266187306676

-Google contact info “848 N. Rainbow Blvd, #5486, Las Vegas, NV 89107, USA” renders more journals (while no publisher behind them is mentioned) and is somewhat suspect

-No transparency about the costs

Personally, I would avoid them.
