All you need to do is to look out for reputable journal publishers bearing in their editorial policies whether local or international including the publication charges where obtainable. Where the available from the websites of the publishers suit you, you then send your paper there awaiting their acknowledgement and galley proof from journal's reviewers for your necessary. The process continues back and forth until the editorial finally accepts your paper for publication after you must have satisfied all conditions.

You said you wanted to publish it in a conference, so I am not entirely sure what you mean. The previous answer states the process if you want to publish it in a scientific journal (which is very much recommended).

If you are looking to also present at a conference, you need to find a good conference on the topic of your research. You can find many of them online, or even better you should try to consult a senior colleague or professor, since they have most experience in the topic of which conference is good, and also acceptable in price.
