I did a survey and i found that 21 of people are unemployed , 14 are retired, when 24 are workers , what that means in terms of sustainability ? , the number of people that replied to my survey is 41 persons .

(Sustainability is not my specialty, but I will give you my opinion in a general manner). First of all, this number (41) is not enough to answer such a big question. Secondly, did you take into account the gender and the age range?. Thirdly, education level is an important criterion for saying employed/not (specify the domain of work, and if the education level has an impact on it or not).
