I prepared nano Ba ferrite. The pattern is very similar to that of magnetite and other spinel compounds. I need the JCPDS card no. or file of bulk Ba ferrite (or ICDD)for comparing. I have 96-430-9916 but it is really different to the pattern I have experimentally. Thanks in advance for any help.

First, it would help to know what analysis you are doing (phase ID, Rietveld, etc.) as the type of data depends on the analysis...
On a completely other note, the JCPDS cards (and numbers) are outdated and have been replaced by ICDD. ICDD keeps the most current versions of diffraction patterns and data, which are all from peer reviewed journals and verified by ICDD. These are proprietary and are not available for distribution, unless you pay for the database, which is quite expensive.
Alternatively, you can use SERC website (https://serc.carleton.edu/research_education/crystallography/xldatabases.html).I've personally used the Crystallography Open Database (COD, http://www.crystallography.net/cod/) to look up *.cif files and data to use in analysis, with VESTA (https://jp-minerals.org/vesta/en/) for visualization of the crystal structure and simulated diffraction pattern.

secondly, the phase was identified, it is cubic spinel. But I want to confirm that and check any probable shift or deviation to the standard.

I am surprised you are looking for a spinel with Ba because due to its ionic radius, Ba2+ cannot really enter in the spinel structure. BaFe12O19 exists but this structure has spinel blocks with Ba2+ ions outside these blocks. The diffraction pattern is different from that of a spinel oxide. If you have Ba ions in your nano-ferrites you have probably a low concentration of Ba in the spinel structure.

But, in fact, I got spinel pattern very similar to that of magnetite with a good quantity compared to starting materials. What do suggest in this case ? Is there another phase that may constructed have similar pattern?

Thank you for your additional comments. Perhaps because of the manometric size of the particles it is possible to have some Ba ions in the spinel structure. Few Ba ions were incorporated in the past at the surface of submicronic spinel ferrites (see for instance :
Barium-doped iron oxide pigments for high-density magnetic recording Sarda et al 1992, Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials).
I think there are different things to do to confirm the presence of Ba in the spinel structure:
- the measurement of the lattice constant (It would be strongly different than that of magnetite because of Ba)
- the measurement of the saturation magnetization (same remark)
- the measurement of the electrical properties of the powder (the powder have to be less electrically conductive than Fe3O4, but this measurement is not easy to do properly see for instance B. Gillot works)
- the thermogravimetry and differential thermal analyses study in air of the powder (if Ba2+ions replace all Fe2+ ions of the magnetite, it would be impossible to oxidize the Fe2+ ions to form cation deficient spinel ferrite i.e to form gamma-Fe2O3. See for instance mixed valence spinel ferrites on research gate). The XRD diffraction after heat treatment would bring also information about the stability of the initial phase.
