I am a first year Entrepreneurship Ph.D. student at Baylor and I am conducting a study on academic scientist’s intention to commercialize their research.
While a lot has been done on the topic of commercializing research, almost no one has examined it from the perspective of the scientist. Your perceptions of research commercialization matter and should be considered by university policy makers when designing the process.
