I have a big data it is about (2,800,000)data, when I run the eeglab in matlab
the program will be stop and no one of application will use.
but when I run a small data no thing will be stop and every thing and plots are good.
my question is why in big data the program will be stop

Hello, if you have huge data and got message (out of memory) you can try using virtual memory, or you use desktop with high memory processor.

If you must not to analyze this amount of data at once (let say batch processing). It could be better to divide your data into small groups and then using EEGLAB for them. The reason to face your problem might come from the fact that the memory of your computer for this amount of data is not enough.
