I already tried the QGIS GE plugin, but it only gives me the most recent scenes. What I really need though, is "historical" imagery from the GE timeslider (a scene from the year 2000). Does anyone know how to do that? Because I don't want to rectify hundreds of screenshots :)

Hello Mariam,
Thanks for the link. This does raise concerns about the general applicability of google images. But still, with that recipe I don't have access to the "historical" images from google earth and I have to georeference them myself. Even so, a most valuable link, thank you again.
