I already tried the "Library Conversion Tool" but I couldn't convert my files. I have NIST libraries files in .LIB format and I must convert to .HP or .L format to insert into other software I am using.
There are numerous software tools that can convert mass spectrum libraries between different file formats. Here are some examples of well-liked software:
NIST MS Lookup: Thermo Scientific and Bruker libraries can be converted using this program from NIST mass spectrum libraries.
In order to use mass spectral libraries with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) library, AMDIS (Automated Mass Spectral Deconvolution and Identification System) converts the libraries.
Agilent Technologies' MassHunter program can convert mass spectral libraries between the formats of several vendors, such as Agilent, Bruker, and Thermo Scientific.
MassLib is software that enables the conversion of mass spectral libraries between formats from various vendors, such as Agilent, Bruker, and Thermo Scientific. It was created by the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
Mass spectrum libraries can be converted using OpenMS into a number of forms, including as mzXML, mzData, and mzML.
Mass spectrum libraries can be transformed using these software packages for a variety of purposes, including metabolomics, proteomics, and environmental investigation.
