This is the opistho-portion of a monogenian parasite found on marine fish (salinity over 40 ppt). The hooks and disk are of different size on each lateral side.
I have info of Lyntaxine species (Polyopisthocotyla). But this was described as a freshwater parasite in text books.

I detailed morphological study is required for the taxonomic identification of this monogenea. It can be a member of the family Gastrocotylidae. Check, for instance, the members of the genus Amphipolycotyle. Moreover, the identification of the fish host can be helpful.
