What pathway is it and which are the genes you analysed?

Hi Rohab,

I guess you analyzed the pathway by cell culture results or animal tests...Impact on pathways of down or up regulated genes means that FC must be high since lot of genes meet compensation. levels of genes expression are not always parallel to protein production. some explications and some data are needed to get clarified.
