For some constructs, my AVE values are below 0.5 (e.g., 0.44, 0.35), but CR is above 0.7(ranging from 0.838 to 0.954).
HTMT values for some constructs are above 0.85.
I noticed VIF > 3 for a few items.
My SRMR is 0.07, but NFI is 0.67. How should I interpret these mixed results?
A few items have outer loadings < 0.4. I tried removing them directly, but it still does not help in meeting the criteria.
I’d appreciate any suggestions, resources, or strategies you’ve found helpful when dealing with similar issues.

Hi Sarikha! You can try to delete some of the indicators with low loads on the variables. The loads of the indicators should be above 0,70. When the are between 0,40-0,70 you must verify if the deletion improves AVE and CR values and, if so, delete the indicator. When the values are below 0,40 they must be deleted. The CR of 0,954 is too high and can indicate some issues, see if some indicator have loads close to 1, which also could be deleted. If results don't improve after the deletion you can check if the measurement model of some variables can be switched from reflective to formative. Both, the deletion of indicators and the change of the measurement model can improve HTMT values. Of course, what you do should follow what it's stated in the theory.
