I need the exhaust temperature for different engine speed. I also need the exhaust mass flow rates for the same speeds. I would appreciate if I could be refer to approach company to help or if anyone has the data
For simulation I suggest the following
It is a gazoline engine so you can consider it is operating at stoechiometry.
With a gazoline consumption you have the exhaust flow : gazoline is with about H/C =2
For temperature you make hypothesis on efficiency : for a first approach you can consider 1/3 in cooling 1/3 in work 1/3 in exhaust gas
After that you need more precise values depending on engines
The specifications and operational conditions of the engine will affect the exhaust conditions(Temperature and mass flow rate). The data you are looking for is therefore highly depends on your case study (selection of the engine).
