So, We know that using the Linear Combination of Atomic Orbital it is possible to generate MO's , I want to generate an MO for water molecule using the STO-6G basis set.

What problem I've is that I do have the coefficients of linear combination from 'http://bse.pnl.gov' but what I don't have is the value of exponents (alpha's), how can I obtain that and also the radius, 'r'? I tried to dig into number of resources but couldn't get a simple example of building MO's.

I know Gaussian can also generate these coefficients but still I don't know where to find the exponents and how I can find r.

Thanks for you time :-)
