Hello everyone. Can anyone give a brief introduction to POPA rules in MAUD to find microstrain and crystallite?

Actually, I have gone through Prof. POPA NC paper regarding the refinement. My doubt is that can I get crystallite size and microstrain by applying POPA rules in the softwear or I have to write a program to calculate the crystallite size and microstrain by using the equations provided in the POPA's paper?
