Hello every one I'm thinking to purchase DNA oligo synthesizer for commercial purpose anyone can give advice about best machine to purchase and type of reagents used also about how to market the business in the scientific community ?

Hi, Dr. Oligo Synthesizers from Biolytic are used by some manufacturers. Also there is the MerMade Series by BioAutomation. There's only a handfull of reagent manufacturers, I'd just ask them what's best to use.
Marketing is a though question and highly depends on your location. And you should be aware that most small manufacturers declined in the past years, since it's hard to be profitable and to compete with larger manufacturers.
My company Kilobaser does also manufacture DNA synthesizers, but we're on the personal synthesizer side, so low-throughput and not really suitable for commercial purposes.
