when I check SEIRS long time, it will appear wave line, which is a big problem, because i cannot see sample's spectrum exactly this time. I don't know why wave line appears, do you know why and how disappear wave line ?.Thank you very much!
what you see in your spectrum is definitely an interference pattern. The reason for this might be for instance a degradation of your sample such as precipitation of your compound, formation of ordered structures and multilayers, clustering of nanoparticles to micrometer sized structures or things like that. The exact reason will strongly depend on your sample under study.

To know if this is due to interference (interference pattern) or some problem in the detector or IR source, you could change the film thickness and your pattern will also change. If the pattern shifts with film thickness, then the origin of the pattern is due to interference.

thank you very much for your suggestion . last week the infrared is well again, but this week infrared become wave when checking longtime. we think maybe
1.the MCT check need liquid nitrogen cooling , but the winter the liquid nitrogen come from outdoor have water and it affect the measurement
2. the infrared source, when we open it ,it need about 10min last time. now we open it all the time. we think maybe the source is not stable ,and our lab is buying a infrared source .
