Dear Harasit Kumar Paul your question is very relevant. I think that all health care facilities in the world today face a lack of resources to meet their responsibility.
In developing countries (DEP) where before COVID-19 the situation was characterized by weak health systems, including insufficient surveillance and laboratory capacity, scarcity of human resources in public health and limited financial means , after COVID-19 this situation can only get worse. It seems important to me that the international institutions should hold an e-conference on the financial succession of health establishments in the North as in the South.

I think improving health care facilities needs a lot of funds. So, the question goes with this answer. If there are enough funds under responsible decision makers with support of competent advisors and staff members, no doubt, there will be change to better.

(2) Incentives to private hospitals and clinics to go for dedicated COVID-related arrangements. (3) Health insurance for medical staffs. (4) Mass testing and quarantine facilities.

Covid 19 pandemic has been a shock to health systems globally, not only in the developing world. It has put systems at risk of collapse. As resources come into developing world to respond to the crisis, yes there is some slight improvement, which is likely to be outdone by the increasing burden of other previously controlled diseases, now classifiable as 'neglected', in the developing countries.
