Both papers are reprints on Research Gate. “Exploring Combined Material and Information Universe to Discover New Physics” and “Quantum Particle Regulation in the Combined Material and Information Universe” The second paper analyses a Complex Adaptive System (CAS) as a system regulatator to conclude that a CAS control system as a Information Universe regulator of quantum particles in the Material Universe reduces entropy. Verlinde’s quantum gravity theory connects gravity with lower entropy. A CAS regulator in the Informaion Universe would reduce entropy in the Material Universe. Further, the first paper reports that all disturbances created in the Material Universe result in regulator action in the information Universe that produce an energy potential in the Material Universe. Gravity is an energy potential among other outcomes such as electric or magnetic fields and quantum energy states to name a few
