I am proud to admit that my current institution is pretty much a learning-driven organisation where we share an extensive learning culture. However, it may not be the perfect learning organisation but tries its best to become one.
Yes, I can share my experience. My organization is driven by learning and it is the culture. Our leaders feel that only learning can make the difference. There are many learning courses available to the employees.They can learn and apply the learning in to day to day activities. We can share our learning not only within the training rooms but also in canteen, floors or online groups. They arrange training for future technologies, motivation, wellbeing, new management concepts for all the employees. There is minimum learning hrs fixed for the employees,they need to complete in yearly basis. They propots the learning as professional values and encourage employees to learn and grow.
