My understanding is that Medicaid and Medicare don't pay for more than 24 mg / day of buprenorphine for SUD. I'm hoping to survey addiction med providers in my city to see how often this happens, and would like to see what other research has been done here, if any. So far I've been struggling to find paper looking at specific numbers of patients whose MAT dosing is limited by reimbursement.
