In my thesis should I include both Research questions and research objectives, or I can include research objectives only.
Yes, You must include both the research questions and objectives in your thesis, both are important and each objective is correlated to one research question.
Example :
suppose that your Objective is --> To propose an efficient approach that can assist blind people in investigating paths.
The question will be :
What is the suitable approach to efficiently help blind people in investigating path?
Or
How we can develop an efficient method to assist blind people in investigating paths?

Hello Sahar Taresh I've actually just finished assessing another PhD research proposal yesterday. I can safely tell you that your R.O. would normally come before your R.Q. And, in a thesis, I am quite sure that both are required and they must be linked together within the actual thesis.
