Yes, You must include both the research questions and objectives in your thesis, both are important and each objective is correlated to one research question.
Example :
suppose that your Objective is --> To propose an efficient approach that can assist blind people in investigating paths.
The question will be :
What is the suitable approach to efficiently help blind people in investigating path?
Or
How we can develop an efficient method to assist blind people in investigating paths?
