These bacteria can be found in malolactic fermentation and are used to induce malolactic fermentation in wine. We already have these bacteria isolated, but now we're going to grow them on an Erlenmeyer flask and then in a bioreactor of 1 liter volume.

There's a little problem, I think it's hard to start the growth in the flask and then in the bioreactor. The conditions are different and it seems these bacteria are a bit more delicate than we thought. So, is there any protocol to start growing these bacteria from laboratory scale to industrial scale?
