Abstract
An illusion of undecidability of an ether wind was the basis for establishing the theory of special relativity (SRT). The reason to that mistake was a wrong interpretation of light behavior in both arms in the Michelson and Morley’s tests (MMX), and also in the interpretation of stellar aberration. A deviation from the wave model gave us the illusion of particles in light, and also resulted in the absurd idea that the time concept is dilated, due to velocity.

No, I have not described ether as an inertial frame. Instead I have suggested a spherical symmetric ether wind causing gravity.
I said that bound electrons move forth and back in relation to the ether wind, so, the ether wind is the reference.
You must regard the distinction between Earth and a satellite. Namely that a large Earth mass defines gravity and ether wind around. The satellite has not mass to do so.
No, I did not say time dilation to be desirable. I said time dilation does not exist. Clock dilation is desirable.
I do not agree to your positive statement regarding MMX. Instead I demonstrated that MMX can not demonstrate any effect of ether wind both arms and also that stellar aberration is useless.

If GPS could detect the ether wind, and there was an ether wind, then GPS wouldn't work. It depends on not being affected by any ether wind to work properly.
