you can find protocols with Optiprep online (apllication sheet V34) and some publications like this one:
"Discrimination between exosomes and HIV-1: purification of both vesicles from cell-free supernatants" (Cantin R et al (2008) J. Immunol. Methods)

I dont think that this could works. I think that both virus and exosomes will be contaminated by each other. Honestly I did not see a good protocol to do this. I saw paper cited by David Fenard, it was good but I still think that you will get troubles with contamination depending of your real interest.
