Has anyone successfully run a SNP data file with structure_threader on Ubuntu Linux Environment?
If so could you share the the SNP file in the format used along with the corresponding mainparam and extraparam files. If not, could you advise on how to format the data for it to run successfully with structure_threader (linux).
I have managed to run both Structure (windows) and fastStructure (linux) but failed with errors about the same file used in structure_threader, yet, to the best of my knowledge, I think I have correctly formatted the SNP file in relation to the mainparam and extraparam files.
