Has anyone put experimental conclusions to the test of reclaiming metals from bulk amount of spent catalyst? Would this be feasible?

We are reclaiming metals (Ni, Mo & Co) from spent catalysts using calcination to desulfurize the metals and scrubbing the SO2 from the flue gas stream. The optimum temperature and residence time are still being fine tuned. Any input as far as temperature and residence time would be greatly appreciated.
