I accidently stumbled upon this journal while surfing the internet and I curious about its academic integrity (i.e. if it is a predatory publisher or not).

I did use this website http://www.journal-index.org/ISSN-validator/issn-validator.php to see if the ISSN is valid and it gave a positive response, but I am still skeptical.

The journal titled “International Journal of Law, Psychology and Human Life” is part of what they call the “IJBST Journal Group”.
Long time ago I came across the following publication (prof. dr. B. Berkhout is a well-known researcher in the Netherlands):
Liu, Y. P., & Berkhout, B. (2008). Combinatorial RNAi strategies against HIV-1 and other escape-prone viruses. Int. J. BioSci. Technol., 1, 1-10.
According to Google Scholar it is cited 21 times so a bit of sympathy for this initiative was there (the journal belongs to the same IJBST Journal Group).
My impression is that the whole thing is a one man operation business. The good things are: it seems really for free, you obtain an ‘official’ publication and thanks to Google, Researchgate and so on you have a possibility to show your work.
However it is disappointing to see that since 2008 the whole operation didn’t gain any indexing (not properly Google Scholar searchable and not near things like PubMed, Scopus or impact factor) and that most of it still lacks professionalism (bombastic language, ridiculous images (the Pope(!), no transparency where the necessary money comes from to keep the whole thing going, etc.). A little example of the lack of profesionalism: they thank Zenodo for DOI indexing, but everybody can get there work assigned a DOI thanks to Zenodo, see: https://zenodo.org/.
So not predatory but questionable whether it is a good thing to publish your valuable work here.
