1. We have a floxed line that when crossed to Vav Cre deleter mice seem to delete inefficiently in the B cell compartment. Any insight into this will be appreciated.

2. Is it possible/known for HSCs/progenitors to be selectively eliminated following the deletion of a particular protein, permitting the "non-deleted" or "escaped cells" to repopulate the BM, thus resulting in the BM being completely "normal"??
