We have began to apply constant pressure Langendorff method on healthy rat hearts which were not subjected to any kinds of intervention (drug etc.). During the experiment, left ventricular end diastolic pressure was not stabilised. The value was decreasing approximately 1 mmHg/min during the procedure till it's reached to point zero. Any suggestions for this particular problem? We will appreciate any kind of information about Langendorff method.
