Has anybody the experience to submit Doctoral Consortium of ICME?

In the CFP of ICME, they mentioned that "Note that only students who apply and are invited for participation in the Doctoral Consortium can be considered for financial support for travel, lodging and registration expenses.". Therefore, I am concerning that do they support the applicant the hotel fee and airplane fee?
