Potato plants have vein necrosis (like PVY-NT) as first symptoms (3-5 day DPI), later it turns to nectotic spots and leaves die in 10-14 days after first symptoms.
I think it is early blight caused by Alernaria sp. fungal disease.
Its symptoms seem like early blight as professor Mahmoud Hamdy Abd El-Aziz said.
Yellow leaves.? I would say you might compensate with some nutrient, though I do hope rhey get better.
More close look at the diseases leaves with different disease progress. The problem is that symptoms progress was too fast for PVY

So far, RNA-seq gave PVY+PVS. But, sequences are quite distant from nearest GeneBank accessions (
PVY has an unusual variant of the P1 gene. Looking at Fanigliulo, A., Comes, S., Pacella, R. et al. Characterisation of Potato virus Y nnp strain inducing veinal necrosis in pepper: a naturally occurring recombinant strain of PVY. Arch Virol 150, 709–720 (2005). https://doi.org/10.1007/s00705-004-0449-x, it was rather expected.
