I have some vectors for CRISPR, designed during my postdoctoral Fellowship in the US. I would like to continue working on it and wish to bring it along with me when I return back to India. When I was researching about it, a Form B1 has to be submitted from IBSC to RCGM. Is it the only procedure or same after the recent order in March 2022 from DBT, GOI (exemption of genome edited plants falling under categories SDN1 and SDN2) ?
