Has any one found the use of the critical strip Riemann zeta function in control systems?

I would like to know if there has been any developments or research on the use of the Riemann Zeta functions in control systems, specifically the function that defines zeros on the critical strip. This functions are used in number theory and have amazing theoretical results, it would be interesting if there is a branch in control engineering that utilizes their power
