Can any one suggest me some Tips for Hardware Design of DC-DC Converters for high and low power Applications
boost converter, Buck & buck-boost Converter
1. Mosfet ( how Can I choose a mosfet for high &lower power applications ???? )
2. Diode ( which type of Diode should I use for high & lower power? )
3. Inductor ( for L I use Kg Method to design it by myself but I just do it upto calculation but not hardware. How can I design L on hardware??)
For Control I prefer I UC3843 IC but I want to use high Power do I need to change the this IC (UC3843) for should I use this same IC for its control ??

For mosfet you will need to take into consideration the its switching frequency which will depend on the duty cycle of your design calculation.The switching frequency of the mosfet should be greater than the switching frequency you get through calculation through your design.Also for high power application you will need to consider the absolute maximum ratings of drain current. For you will have to choose diode with low reverse recovery time,ultra fast switching diode would be suitable.Also for high power applications you need to take into consideration the peak reverse breakdown voltage and choose diode with higher reverse breakdown voltage. Designing an inductor is a challenging task and very good understanding on micro level about various parameters,sharing with you a link which might be helpful to go across the parameters to be considered for a precise inductor design.

Sanskar Singh these are very helping tips! But I have Design Inductor using Kg Method is that the correct way to design an Inductor as shown in the figure attached ?
2nd how can I calculate the switching frequency of any mosfet and whats the relationship of Switching frequency (Fs) and Duty Cycle (D) ?
1. You are deciding about switching frequency, (by choose proper for your application)
2. Verify parameters of mosfet like: ton, toff, Ismax, Rds,
(these will give you an information about heat disspated into mosfet structure)
3. transformer is your load so small duty cycles will give response
4. there is no clear input like power supply voltage, output voltage etc.. to any calculations,

Turn on and turn off times add to 105 ns. But this gives just an absolute limit (applicable at most for a 50 % duty cycle).
More practical considerations would give this MOSFET a limitation of max. 100 kHz - maybe less considering switching losses and the power required for gate charge/discharge. Usual PWM frequencies for DC/DC converters with power MOSFETs are in the 25 .. 50 kHz range, for which this MOSFET seems to be useable.
U. Dreher Can you notify me where the exactly Ton & Toff of mosfet located on data sheet which you add to get 105ns ? and Fs=1/Ts= 1/105ns=95223.8 KHZ?
question No. 02 (applicable at most for a 50 % duty cycle). why not greater than 50% ? technical Reason ? )
