I propose as a problem for scientific research the improvement of loss management systems for data collected, processed in ICT systems and transferred via the Internet, cybercriminal attacks using malicious software hidden in fake e-mails, which openly threaten to infect computers with encryption viruses and block access to data disks viruses such as ransomware.

In addition, the problem of research is the improvement of data transfer risk management systems in the online mobile banking ICT systems, the risk of losing money by customers of online banks falling victim to cybercriminals who create fake websites of electronic banks as part of fishing and extract information from customers to log in to accounts at online banks etc.
