The Hall effect is explained with Lorenze forces. This effect has maximal value when electric current I  and magnetic fild B are mutually orthogonal.

The Magnetoresistive effect of resistance increasing has maximal value when electric current I and magnetization M are mutually parallel. This resistence is minimal when I and M are mutually orthogonal. That angel dependence conlicts with Lorenze forces. Usually the spin dependence of scattering is used to explain Magnetoresistive effect.

Is there exist more simple unified explanation both Hall and Magnetoresistive effects?
