Both TOPSPIN and the ACD package are good and user-friendly. Other basic packages include iNMR which provides good graphics, particularly for MACs (http://www.inmr.net/free.html). For more advanced NMR analysis and structural elucidation then try COLMAR (http://spin.ccic.ohio-state.edu/index.php/colmar)
