I mean would it be possible to calculate the value of h without going through experimentation. For me, it is possible to achieve this goal based on new cosmological constants and new cosmological parameters. In addition in physics dimensionless ratios such as ratio of (neutron radius / proton radius) as well as ratio of (proton radius from muonic hydrogen / neutron radius) etc. can be used to perform formulas for some constants of physics. Many of my questions exist on my RG pages for example:

- Do you think that in unified physics all constants should relate exclusively to cosmological constants?

- Can we think that a possible irrational cosmological constant for the ratio of h to reduced h instead of Pi could relate the physical constants?

- Apart from Pi's role in geometry, do you think that the physical constants related to Pi may not be constants of unified physics because of Pi?

- Do you think that the small protons of exotic hydrogen and deuterium should only be explained by quantum gravity?

- To understand the origins of the constants of physics, will cosmological constants be the last recours of people for to develop an ultimate theory?

- Do you think the experimental value of 0.8758fm from before 2010 perfectly matches the Standard Model prediction for the regular proton radius so far?

- Do you think Planck's units and Einstein's restreint and general relativity theories are in link and all emerge from one ultimate theory for physics?

- Why the Planck mass is involved in theories of the cosmological world and in theories of the quantum world?
