Gypsum mortar has to be used inside of buildings, it is a mortar with fire resistance and is a strong breathable mortar;

gypsum mortar has no humid/damp resistance!

Gypsum can be only used for interior works, while cement mortars can be used inside and outside of the building..

like gypsum block, gypsum-based mortars (with sand?) and gypsum paste can be normal type and water-proof type (interior only).

normally we use gypsum paste with gypsum block and gypsum board for bound and sealing。

Interior use only:

advantages: easy to use, beauty, recyclable and environment friendly.

disadvantages: can not use in flowing water place, out side and humid environment. easy scratched.
