The founder of Psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud believes that fixation on one stage of psychosexual development results in personality development which he emphasized in his first three stages. I want to use his typology as the independent variable in my study. Is there any personality questionnaire that is based on Sigmund Freud's claim?
To my knowledge there is not an actuarial evidence-based questionnaire based on Freudian psychology, psychosexual development is a central element of the psychoanalytic sexual drive theory. Freud believed that personality developed through a series of childhood stages in which pleasure seeking energies from the id became focused on certain erogenous areas. For example, the oral stage from birth to 18 months would be hard for someone to ascertain what the subject was experiencing but could only be observed by someone else. Some of these concepts i.e., anal retentive personalities are given another name obsessive-compulsive personality, individuals that are stuck in a very dependent style of interacting with the world wanting things and being quite needy might be characterized by dependent personality features. The renowned expert on personality disorders would be Theodore Millon who has a personality inventory and a written extensively and his book Personality Disorders in Moderate Life second edition captures those dynamics of a stunted psychosexual development and how they manifest themselves in characteristics of a personality disorder or actually meet the threshold for a personality disorder. Millon’s training at the time was in psychoanalysis and his ratings reflect incorporating some of these principles and personality conceptualizations.
To the limit of my knowledge, Sigmund Freud himself used case study methods, not survey measures. There are several “Freudian personality” type tools in popular magazines or psychology websites. I am not aware of one that has clinical validation. I did find this:

additionally to the observations and assumptions of Sigmund Freud you will also find interesting aspects of these personality typology in the works of Karl Abraham and Otto Fenichel.
There are a few personality questionnaires aiming at the typology of Freud and his followers. Of course, I don`t know all of them, but to learn more you can take a look at classical overviews by Paul Kline (Fact and Fantasy in Freudian Theory, 1981) and Fisher & Greenberg (The scientific credibility of Freud´s theories and therapy), which mention some of them. You will also find studies there using non-genuine psychodynamic but psychological questionnaires to test the Freudian personality typology. Other studies are using special operationalized rating scales analyzing the answers to the Rorschach inkblot test (e.g. ROD-scale; Rorschach Oral Dependency-Scale by Masling et al. 1967). I am pretty sure you could also find useful hints in the Psychodynamic Diagnostic Manual and in the publications of Drew Westen and Jonathan Shedler. I also wrote a little bit about this, but only in (Austrian) German.
I think, the most important questionnaires either directly regarding the Freudian typology or of relevance for it are:
DPI - Dynamic Personality Inventory (Grygier 1961); not directly developed for the classical typology, but also including scales to measure traits linked to them.

Other questionnaires based on psychoanalytic theories regarding personality und psychopathology but not especially the classical conceptions are:

BPI - Borderline Personality Inventory by Leichsenring (measuring borderline personality regarding the theories of Gunderson as well as Kernberg)
