The construction of phylogenetic trees using NJ or ML can be constructed without Outgroup.
the used genes are very difficult to find out outgroup.
The trees are for D loop and 12s Genes of bufo species, is there any suggestion to finalize it.

Without an outgroup or prior knowledge of the root you can only do an unrooted tree. But much knowledge can be obtained from an unrooted tree. Depends on what your research question is.
